As everyone in the club knows, we changed judo associations last year. Agreements in which all visiting clubs could train for free are now finished due to politics within the sport. The club has no choice now but to charge all guests unless an agreement has been made. All mat fees are due the first week of every month. Failure of payment will mean refusal to train with no exceptions. Please remember your mat fees cover the cost of the hall, buying of new mats, insurance etc. All our instructors and helpers give their time voluntarily.
Seniors – 30 Euro
Juniors – 20 Euro
Two or more juniors from same family – 25 Euro
Guests – 5 Euro which covers 2 sessions.

Ray Roberts R.I.P – Bexhill Judo Club
I would like to pass on my deepest sympathies to Ray’s family at this difficult time. He was a true inspiration, friend, instructor, and gentleman. Even in his late years and dealing with cancer Ray would be on the mat without complaint inspiring people to train and learn. When I was over visiting, he always joked about what new ways of pain and misery I had learned to inflect on people and made me practice on him and the fellow Judokas of Bexhill. Judo has lost one of its true sons and he will be missed.
Club T – Shirts
The club now has it’s official T – shirts which come in a range of colours and sizes. Prices for adult shirts are 12 Euro in white and 13 Euro for coloured as they have to be colour treated. All shirts are of heavy cotton. No shirts will be ordered unless payment is made upfront.
